Copyright and Social Network

Social Network owners became more strict than ever, Youtube Deleted Many videos, including Sitcoms, movies, Game Cheats and cracks, even the +18 videos those are sold for personal purposes are taken down from YouTube, because of this, many Users have been Suspended or deleted under the terms of Copyright violation, so no wonder you find series uploaded on Youtbe Accelerated, cut in half, linked to other site or rotated.
Same as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, they forbid you from uploading videos those are songs, sitcoms, series, movies...

Also, some social networks (particularly Facebook/Instagram) will take your copyrights from your own works and take them for themselves.

Everything is copyrighted these days, you upload the entire thing and it will be deleted or at least the music will be removed.
True but that shouldn't apply to user generated content though.. some of these copyright holders take it to far in that regard.

I mean really, some of these offenses are minor like, for example, someone using a graphic from a movie as an avatar or putting it to creative use and using a character from it as a render.. and these companies have a shit fit over that even when these people aren't making money.

What could these people possibly do? It isn't as if they can claim to be the original creator since the item they used is already well known.. they'd only be embarrassed by others if they did..

I think that some of these companies use copyright as a means of censoring others because they have the money and power to do so..
