Could Team Rocket and Team Plasma both be major forces in Black and White 2?

It's an interesting possibility considering Giovanni supposedly shows up in the games, and it makes me wonder whether it's deliberately meant as a sort of reference to the Best Wishes anime series. I mean, the anime has both Team Plasma and Team Rocket as villains in Unova, and implies both sides have some evil plan in the pipeline for the future.

And I'm pretty sure at least one delayed episode had Team Rocket vs Team Plasma.

Could be an interesting rivalry to bring into the game, right? One evil organisation vs another like how Team Magma and Team Aqua were rivals in Ruby and Sapphire (or more accurately, Emerald where I hear the two teams were both evil and had to be stopped). Could that be the main storyline of Pokemon Black and White 2?

The equivalent of a real life gang/terrorist group war then...

Well there's a dude in Black and White that was a member of Team Rocket. I think. I never saw him. Only in Winter I think.

In HGSS there was the Rocket Grunt who stole a generator part. After defeat, he says he wishes to return to his home country (Unova) to restart Team Rocket. However, upon returning home he fell in love and settled in Icirrus City. You would think if they wanted to put Team Rocket in Unova they would have used that guys story line instead of retiring it like they did...
