It is impressive that a smartwatch can run CS. I bet, the watch probably get very hot after a few minutes of gaming.

Smartwatches are useful for telling time, but less useful as a smartphone and tablet replacement device.

I think Apple App store and devices only allow apps which are approved by Apple unless you hack/jailbreak the device to allow the users to install pirated, and unofficial apps.
