Are there any games that have been made based off of creepypasta characters?

I know of one. Slender was created based on the slenderman. That was initially born on a forum, but it has turned into a cult-classic creepypasta!

Sonic.exe is a creepy pasta that was turned into a game lol. There's a decent ROM hack of Sonic 1 that adds Sonic.exe to it and is much better than any of the fan games that were created.
