Recently, Argonaut Software founder Jez San spoke about the existence of an HD remaster for the PlayStation 1 classic. Jez San talked about Croc HD after seeing a nostalgic piece written by Time Extension that dove into the makings behind the game, labeled as "the unsung hero of 3D platformers" by the publication. The author, James Batchelor, shared the piece and talked about his wish for a remaster of Croc, to which Jez San confirmed that Croc HD has already entered the early stages of development.
Never played Croc but it has had some history of games like on the GBA besides the Playstation like its counterparts. Now it seems like all the old platformers have been remade or emulated, legally or otherwise, for modern hardware.
