what do you guys think of them?

I don't even like that red haired bookman anymore. He didn't try to help allen when the general came....not to mention that linalee's brother didn't try to protect allen.....it's a mess.

I don't like this season.
 
I love the original D.Grayman but this new season is very off putting. I gave up in a couple of episodes which I had to force myself to watch.
 
Overall it wasn't bad, but I know the first season series was a lot better. Though the music was decent.
 
I have finally finished the d gray man hollow anime. I don't get how they made it like this. I wanted to seriously drop it in the middle but couldn't do it because of various reasons.
I hope we get a decent season for this anime again soon.
I don't like this hollow season all the much. It's too confusing and not to mention that it's aura is different from that of the first season.a

I know that the story is confusing but to drop it...is....I don't think I would have dropped it, even it gets confusing. This anime is a bit special to me after all.

Yes I dropped it, I love the original but this one had a weird look and confusing story as well. Does it straighten out at the end. Would you recommend going back?

Actually no. I do recommend it but the story is confusing even after you watch it till the end and it's missing so much and we could never get a clarity from this season.
But still, I like it enough to watch it even though it doesn't make any sense. It's refreshing to see allen being casual and act like a main protagonist.
