D-Link Gaming Router Available

D-Link wants you to buy their gaming router. They even put "Xtreme" in the name so you know it's good*. This router will cost you $239.99.

Specs are:

* 802.11 a/b/g/n
* Four gigabit ethernet ports
* USB support
* Removable antennas
* OLED display

Sure, it's a super fast router, but remember, gigabit ethernet is only really useful for local connections. Unless you're a lucky FIOS customer, you probably don't need 802.11n just yet.

Though this device is definitely future-proofed.

Using the word "Xtreme" in a product name doesn't actually make it better.

expensive. I rather use gigabit ethernet hub that doesn't have wireless or 10/100 ethernet.
