Happy Monday everyone, it's the start of a new week hopefully you all have a good one! I had a dentist appointment today so my gums are a bit irritated from that. I'm doing better taking care of my teeth at least though which I'm proud about because I used to be bad about it. I go back in November for another check up.

Kind of toasted my Credit with the wedding and supporting my wife, naturally the bank job I applied for an IT position is going to run a credit check before a job offer, great interview dead within seconds... :upside:

Got my yearly review today at least, hoping that offers me more money.
 
Yeah Banks will do that. Especially the position you want is one of the best for committing a "stealth bank heist" lol

I shouldn't be anywhere touching bank data, but I guess we'll see how they view me.

Also my yearly only netted the standard 3% raise, so yeah, F me I guess.
 
Well if you don't get the job at the bank there will be other opportunities just keep trying like you did to get your current IT job. Just soldier on!

I got lucky with my current bank job, they didn't seem to run a credit check which I did find odd. I work in lockbox payment processing. That really sucks about the job search @Demon_Skeith but there's always the need for IT people so I'm sure you'll find another opportunity soon! Fingers crossed that you do!
