According to an Article I read on BGR , it said that ISP cheat people of their money by using data caps.

The paper from the liberal New America Foundation saids that

“data caps, especially on wireline networks, are hardly a necessity,” especially since “the costs to provide broadband service are also declining, including the cost of Internet connectivity or IP transit as well as equipment and other operational costs.”

Do you feel you are being cheated on your ISP bill by data caps, and other restrictions?

I feel the internet in Canada could be cheaper since Internet in Asia, Europe, and other countries cost a lot less.
