Anyone eager to play Among US over the weekend was met with the game's servers being offline due to a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack.

The DDoS was via the official Among Us Twitter account late on Friday, March 25. The tweet said, "We have a sabotage going on lol," and then went on to explain it was directed at servers in both North America and Europe.

So this is real sussy. I wonder if the alternative one in Fortnite is still active and playable for the kids with memory to spare on their game console?
 
It is unfortunate that cyber criminals are attacking Among Us video game servers which prevent fans from playing Among Us for the entire weekend.
 
It's funny that out of all the games in the world, it was Among Us that got attacked this time. Who is wasting their time to DDOS Among Us lmao?

I heard that cybercriminals threaten to DDoS a website or game server if the owner does not pay the cybercriminal ransom.

It is strange that Among Us got DDoS out of all games.
