I dream that someday arrogant people will be punished like being thrown to jail, losing their job, being kicked out of school, or getting shamed on the internet for being arrogant like criminals who feel they can commit crimes without being arrested.

considering it always happens at work, I have to grin and bear it....

We had a boss at my job who was kind of arrogant but he eventually got fired because he screwed up enough times to get fired. It was a glorious day. People were singing, "Ding, dong, the witch is dead" at work the next day.
