Ugh....I am not so sure what's wrong today but most of my colleagues are having mood swings or so I hear.

Well, it has something to do with the latest client request but still, dealing with mood swings is the worst.

All you can do is try and learn control.

It is very difficult to deal with people who don't make much sense. I highly doubt they could even see the logic from their own view point.
I am no good with dealing stuff like that but I will have to try.

A psychologist/therapist can help people with very bad mood swing deal with their mood swing, and other mental problems they are having.

Hmm... But not everyone considers that and usually they just try to evade that topic.. More or less tactfully.
I don't get stuff like that and it's not that serious.. So...
Well I guess it depends on how you see it.

I think more serious mood swing could become better if they talk to a physiologist or therapist. If someone is yelling very loudly, and get very angry during their mood swing, it maybe caused by a mental health problem they are having. A psychologist/therapist may help people with very big mood swings before it gets out of control, and the person starts a fight with someone or hits themselves.
