This does look like a good tablet for people who work in cold, and hot conditions. But, I feel most people will be fine with a Regular Tablet, and a third-party protective case made to protect their tablet from drops.

I also like that this tablet works with gloves on, and the screen is big enough where you can click on icons, and type with big fingers, and gloves on.
