Depressing Anime

I'm a big fan of depressing anime, but I can't tend to find a whole lot. What are some anime that have made you tear up, cry manly tears, or just left you feeling like you have nothing to live for in the end?

For me these would include:
Clannad After Story - Made me cry manly tears the first 3 times I watched it, and in several spots.
Ano Natsu De Matteru (Waiting in the Summer)
Kanon
Air
Angel Beats

There are a few really that really got my attention and praise.

Gungrave being the highest with the conflict between best friends becoming bitter enemies.

The ending was also pretty darn depressing.

Another of my favs Texhnolyze and Wolf's Rain.

I agree with Gungrave, though it kind of had a bro like ending if you ask me.

Without a doubt wolfs rain is a depressing anime, every time I got done with a episode I was never in a cherry mood.
