Desktop CPU and a laptop CPU?

There really shouldn't be any?
I think generally laptop CPU are designed to run at slowers speeds than the same model and brand of Desktop CPU, so the laptop CPU does not overheat because if a lack of cooling.
There is a big difference in performance and power efficiency. With desktops, it’s plugged into a wall, so power efficiency be damned, but on a laptop, that’ll drain the battery much faster.
