I think teachers, artist, kids, and office workers who do a lot of presentations would find this touchscreen useful to them.
I bet, the user's arm and body will get tired after moving their hand a lot on a bigger desktop touchscreen which is over 20 inches in size.
Hopefully, this touchscreen also supports wireless mouse and keyboard, so the user would not need to move their arm several feet to do something like draw a line.

I don't mind having something like that for myself but I do like the good old desktops as well.
