What do you guys think of the newly announced Deus Ex? Are there any fans of the franchise on these boards? Personally, I`m extremely excited and can`t wait to play as Adam Jensen again. I absolutely loved Human Revolution and I`m sure this one will be a blast to play as well, from what I`ve seen in the gameplay trailer from E3.

I haven't ever touched the series. This looks good though, might have to go and play the old games then come back to the new one.

I wasn't a big fan of the Human Revolution though, maybe my expectations just were too high? So yeah, not too optimistic about this new one but I'll certainly give it a try. The games incorporate many of the features that I love and it's worth trying out even if there is a slight chance it's as good as the first one.
I'm pretty excited about the Mankind Divided, but I do hope that the focus does not go to combat. I know they said that the stealth element was still very much there and they were just making sure that the combat was also more exciting, but I cannot stop thinking about the possibility that more attention towards combat may mean less attention for the stealth side of gameplay. But enough about that. What I've seen from E3 about the new Deus Ex looks really good and the story is pretty interesting. Can't wait for it.
I think the original was still the best. There were so many side quests and for that time the world you could explore was massive. Human revolution was good, but for me it didn't make as strong an impact. Still having a new one to play soon has me ridiculously excited.
