The Devil Kings series is making the move to the PSP. Famitsu.com posted an article today coinciding with coverage in its print edition on the new title, which is known in Japan as Sengoku Basara: Battle Heroes (Sengoku Basara is the Japanese name for the series).
Battle Heroes changes things up from the PS2 and Wii versions. While those games offered up somewhat of a Dynasty Warriors-style play experience, where players faced off against masses of enemies, the new title is a two on two team combat game.
Obviously, this makes for a perfect opportunity to exploit the PSP's wireless play potential. The game will allow for four players to join in for cooperative and competitive play via ad-hoc.
