Yes, it would be cool if I can use my computer to listen to AM/FM radio stations broadcasting, and record radio shows on to my computer hard drive since I would not have to turn on my stereo to listen to radio stations, and I can record radio broadcasts when I am not home.
The people in natural disasters and countries with overly censored internet might find having AM/FM on computers useful. But, I got a feeling China, Cuba, North Korea, etc also censors the radio.
I'm more interested in using my computer to record AM/FM songs to the hard drive of my PC, so I can listen to it instead of going on YouTube to find a similar sounding song which can be hard since songs get taken down so quickly due to copyright.
