With the release of Digimon All-Star Rumble just over a month away, Bandai Namco revealed how the game's combat will feature Digicards as well as released new gameplay screenshots.
Players can equip two Digicards that have a random chance of activating at the end of a player combo. Digicards have various effects, including explosions, shockwaves, and increased abilities. In addition to boosting players' offense or defense, Digicards can transform Digimon into rare Super Forms. There are 200 Digicards that can be unlocked in the tournament battle game, which also features multiplayer party-arena combat.
Digimon All-Star Rumble is coming out on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in North America on November 11 for $40 USD.
