E3 Dishonored: Death of the Outsider trailer

hrmm, looks good but not something I get.
 
Not a bad trailer. I've played the first Dishonored when I got it for free on my Xbox 360 (games with gold) and I was surprised how enjoying it actually was. I never thought that it was my type of game but I was wrong. It felt really unique just using these awesome powers while still trying to sneak around. It gives you many options on how to get around each level.

However, I haven't played the Dishonored 2 though. I am still waiting for its price to drop a bit... I feel like it's overpriced or maybe I am frugal, haha. I will definitely get the 2nd one and this DLC sooner or later!
 
Just a DLC and not a sequel, so I'm not as pumped up as I am if it were a sequel or better yet, a new game. But Bethesda in my opinion has gone lax over the years. They are still cashing in on the popularity of Skyrim, a game that's been released in 2011, with another variation of "paid mods", which are infuriating gamers everywhere. Fallout 4 was an atrocity as well, with radiant quests everywhere in replacement of actual storylines and effort being put into the game. It's a travesty that Bethesda has gone this low, and honestly with this pace, I won't be buying their products anymore.
 
I want to like Dishonored, I really do. I like the setting it takes place in, I like the style of gameplay, and the graphics are quite nice as well. But for whatever reason, I just cannot get into it. I played about two hours of the first Dishonored and put it down forever, because it just could not keep my attention. After that followed the average reviews of Dishonored 2, which weren't at all convincing enough to get me to give the series a second chance.

The trailer is very well done, and makes it look like a game I'd pick up...if it wasn't a Dishonored game.
