Do basic electric transportation buyers care a lot about low price?

I feel people who buy more basic electric transportation like electric wheelchairs, scooters, skateboard, and some cheap electric cars like Chinese Electric mini cars care a lot about low price because a lot of people care about saving money because they don't have a lot of money to spend on transportation.

Using an electric wheelchair, scooter, and skateboard maybe the only affordable non-manual and non-gas form of transportation. Basic electric transportation like an electric bike or skateboard may even be cheaper than taking a public bus or subway for many months.

I would classify an electric wheelchair separately from those other products, because it's not a use of alternate transportation from a car/public transit, it's because the person can't walk.

The low cost would be the only reason to drive them.

Well, I believe people would go for basic stuff when they are looking for something cost effective

So..I do believe that.... they would be looking for a cheaper price
