Do keyboards and mouse in general last longer then Controllers for Consoles and PC?

Yes, in my experience, keyboard and mouse seems to last longer then game console controllers.

Keyboard and Mouse last longer. I have both for over 5 years. My game controller far apart around three.

I've always playing with Keyboard and mouse, they are the easiest consoles nowadays.

They do last much longer, especially with people that tend to play button mashing games.
