Whenever a new game is available for a pre-order do you always pre-order it?

I don't do it because most of these video games are around 60 euros for me. I would rather like to grab it on a discounted price.

The games that I like, they usually have plenty of them when they are released and they've never been hard to get that I can remember. Now, I don't know if my hubby has pre-ordered any games when he's bought me games for my birthday or Christmas.

I only pre-order AAA titles like Black Ops 4, Battlefield V, RDR2, and TLOU2...Games I know for sure will not disappoint.

Just what deserves it, which in my book is Kingdom Hearts, Persona and games that deserve the hype (like VC).

I don't always pre order games, I tend to buy them on day one if I'm really excited. The only games I think that I've pre ordered so far is Super Mario Odyssey. Which reminds me, I need to go to GameStop today and pre order Smash Ultimate. I've been meaning to do that for a while. That game won't be on shelves long.

Depends.
If I feel the game is getting so popular that it might be sold out after the first hour of sales, I pre-order.
Or they simply include some nice things, like with Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu/Ibui when pre-ordered at a Pokemon Centre.
