I mainly just use Turbo Boost on Advance System Care 5 since it is easiest to use, and works at turning off all the services, and background programs to free up RAM. It seem to make Windows Slightly faster.

I think making it faster is the point, and I don't bother it since my PC runs good.

It might still help your computer run a little bit faster for very big programs like computer games, ROMs, photoshop, Video editors, and other big programs which can slow down computers which run good for basic programs like web browser, Word, and playing music and video files. Turbo Mode only takes a few seconds to start, so it is not a very time consuming.

On my machine I have good enough specs, so I do not need to use anything like game booster. However I do use advanced system care pro 5 to do all the typically cleaning work for me.

I use Advance System Care 5 for cleaning as well since with one click you can clean your registry, and junk files. It also is easy to use.

These Turbo Programs which stop un-needed programs are good if your laptop or Windows 7 Tablet is running for extending the battery life of your mobile Windows PC since the more programs you have running, the more power your PC uses for using the CPU, RAM, hard drive and other parts to keep them running in the background which uses more electricity according to http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-utilities/features/tuneup-economy-mode/
