Do you consider it cheating when someone use a keyboard and mouse or programmable controller to play

I'm not sure, but some people who use keyboard and mouse adapters to play games on a console claims its faster and more accurate when it comes to FPS games compared to controllers.

But, using programmable controllers is kind of unfair when playing fighting games since they can program in button combos into one button.

Eh... No, because console users are probably more used to the PS3/360 controller.
