Do you ever crowd fund?

Are any of the members here partaking in backing projects on sites like Kickstarter to get some interesting game ideas into development?

I have backed one or two projects before but nothing spectacular.

I am proudly backing Mighty no. 9 and Shantae 1/2 genie.


Would have backed shovel knight if I knew how great it would have been.

I normally only see crowdfunded games after the project has finished haha. I have given a small fee to Kingdom Come as that looks epic, and I backed Shadow of the Eternals when that was seeking funding but it failed twice.

I won't fund them all, you got to get a sense of who is worthy to back.

Yeah I agree. Some games just look pretty silly and I will only back something if it is of interest to me and is aiming high.
