Yes, I did one for Adsense since I hope they read my suggestion, and make their ads more profitable and appealing to look at.

I also did a survey for Ebay since there were a few features I think should be improve and others which should not be changed.

I also do survey for forums I visit and enjoy being a part of.

I have been taking paid surveys for two years now. I remember taking a Ebay survey after making a purchase from a seller.

Not only will feedback surveys and polls help others express their opinion, but it helps organizations and individuals improve their products and services.
