Do you get mad at people....

If you greet people like Hi name.. In a text message at a professional capacity, and if they were to reply saying 'yes name' or just answer whatever you wanted to know without any greeting or reply with a simple 'hi' without your name... Would you get mad?

I usually don't get too upset when people do this. They could be in a hurry when they sent the text. If they do it all the time then I might get a bit upset, but I'd get over it quick.

I think it is unprofessional if another worker does not use my name in a important text message or e-mail. But, I won't get mad.

Exactly it's just too unprofessional.
I do get mad however..... i would just keep that in mind... Any I just try to do it to them... When I get the chance! Yup petty is my name (0v0)

I work in customer service and when something bad happens, I just go home to my husband and complain about it.

I try to handle myself professionally when I'm online, but there's times where I've gotten mad when interacting with others.
