It could be anything
Like watching television to any other activity. So, do you keep track of the time?

I use a calendar for keeping track of what I need to do at a certain time on a specific day. I usually have less things to do at night, so I usually spend most of my time at night for watching TV shows, going on the internet, and doing other hobbies.

Just how long I do planks. Sometimes I will look at my ingame play time.

That's good to know
Usually I use my notepad for rough stuff but most of the time, I use sticky notes.

I sometimes use notepads and Sticky notes as well. But, I feel sometimes feel bad for using them because I feel I am wasting paper, and my money by buying sticky notes.

I prefer using free notepads with advertisements on them. I might as well use the free notepads I get in the mail, and from companies like banks, and home real estate agents. I can also use tape or glue to tape the notes onto stuff.

Oh I see.
I feel like those free stuff don't have much quality to begin with. So, I kinda avoid them -.-"

I agree the quality is not as good with free notepads, pens, and calenders I get in the mail, or from companies like banks. I'm not very picky when it comes to paper, so I usually use free notepads.

Throwing free notepads and pens away, or not using them is wasteful, so I usually use them instead of throwing them away.

Uh...that makes sense
I kinda give them away to our maid. Guess it has something to do with my OCD. I need stuff to be of quality and clean... (_ _)/

Not at all.

When I was a teenager (I want to say 8th grade), my parents finally got a desktop. My parents put a limit on how long you can spend on the computer. You could only be on the computer for an hour a day, unless you are doing homework. If you are doing homework for school then you could be on the computer as long as you need to be. By the time I got to high school, that rule wasn't there anymore.

Oh I see.
That's seriously a great idea and not many people actually follow that around here

Not really unless I have something important to do as well afterwards. In that case, I will make sure to just keep track of the time to ensure I stop at the right time.

Yes, I do keep track of my time. Even just found out about the method that works for me recently, but it does help me a lot and become more productive.
I found about the Pomodoro method, and you guys should check it out.

For example, when I try to work on my project on my phone, I do screen record --using Vidma Screen Recorder -- I will do it for 20 mins, 5 mins break, repeat.
I download the materials over my social media --using AhaSave Downloader-- for 15 mins, 5 mins break, repeat.

The cycle helps me not to work over and get exhausted. Not forgetting the screen-time tracker on my phone, it's awesome.

I use to have to keep track of time a lot when I was a kid but that's different now. Now, I'm an adult and I don't live at home with parents anymore.

I don't have to keep up with my time anymore. But, I also do wait and do a lot of things on my days off when I don't have to work or anything else.
