I actually find it kind of annoying when software and hardware companies reply back to every single negative comment on a forum, download site, or blog.
They usually post some comment which is not very useful like when someone saids "Their privacy policy is not very good". The software manufactuer just reply back with a generic reply like "we do not sell your e-mails and privacy is the most important to us" and a link back to their websites privacy policy instead of providing a independant review of the sites privacy policy.
Companies should just let reviewers express their "point of view" instead of always replying back to negative comments.
