No I o not use a Pizza pan to bake Pizza. I use a regular rectangle metal pan called a cookie sheet for baking Pizza at home.
We just use a cookie sheet. However, our homemade pizza we don't make circular; it's rectangle. We just prefer it that way. Plus, it fits great on the cookie sheet
That was the thing for us too. We've had to buy a new pan lol Try making the dough on the countertop. That seems to work for us.I used to use a cookie sheet as well, but got kind of warped and had odd angles to it making it hard to roll the dough on.

We slide it from the countertop into the pan. Sometimes it falls apart but we just "patch" it up lolIt's easy on the counter top, just a pain to move from the counter top to the pan if it gets to big.

We haven't made homemade pizza in a little while so I can't remember if we got rid of it but we normally use a circular pizza pan. Just makes it better really when it's the normal shape of a pizza.
I don't think I've tried an actual square pizza. Wouldn't it create problems when you want to cut it up?
We use gluten free cassava flour. Normally for wheat, the gluten would help hold it together better. Maybe try putting in a bit more oil, IF you use oil for yours.Must have a different dough, mine would break apart if I tried to slide it forward.
