No, I do not own extra batteries for my laptop because I don't bring it out of the house. When I used a cell phone, I also did not carry around extra batteries because my cell phone had enough battery life to last me the whole day or longer because I rarely used my cell phone except to make 1 or 2 calls a day.

I also think those USB battery powered charging packs are a better deal than buying extra cell phone batteries because you can use those USB battery powered chargers to charge other devices like tablets and MP3 and video media players with a USB port for charging.

While an extra removable battery for cell phones are not useful once you buy a new cell phone which uses a different style and size of battery.

No, I don't. I don't take my laptop outside and my smartphone's batter lasts more than a day. I doubt I'll be on the road for more than a day without being able to find a public place to charge it.
I agree it is not hard to find a place without a power plug if you live in a city or town with libraries, schools, workplaces, stores, and restaurants which usually have power plugs in their place.

I'm trying to get some for my Wii remote, I should look into one for my laptop and cell phone.
