Yes, mainly because I can't easily resell used PC Disc and DLC based games, so I just end up keeping them in my room. Plus, PC games come down in price a lot faster, and are cheaper to buy, so I buy more since I can afford more.
There are also more free to play full games for PC like Maple Story, America's Army, Need for Speed World, Runescape, etc compared to console which only have demos and maybe a few free mini games, but you have to pay for Xbox Live or PSN Plus to play free DLC games.
