Some countries have found a way to tax people that earn online like programmers and graphic designers. Have you ever paid tax for money made online?
They are trying to here in the states, not going to be fun if they do.
The government would want to tax the air we breathe in if it's possible for them to do so.
I think that it's taken indirectly from the charges you pay those companies you use for example with PayPal and then PayPal gets taxed by government and part of the charges you paid them is used to settle the government's taxes.Does that mean there is a particular tax that you pay when you withdraw your online earnings?
I declare my online income from taking paid surveys and other earning opportunities in my tax return's as self-employment income, so I am less likely to get in trouble with the government for not declaring self-employment income.
Seriously, I would never do that. I'm waiting for our government to do their worst.I declare my online income from taking paid surveys and other earning opportunities in my tax return's as self-employment income, so I am less likely to get in trouble with the government for not declaring self-employment income.

They are all going nuts over the upcoming elections, they hardly care about anything else now.The government may bother less at this particular moment. That is one of those things you have to enjoy when your government don't care about how much you make online.
How much is enough for it to be taxable in your country?I don't make enough for it to be taxable, but we'll see when I decide to try a job using the internet for sure that will be taxed at the income level, both by the state and country.
I don't pay attention. But if it's not a job then I'm just not following it and I don't think it's illegal. How much is enough for it to be taxable in your country?
The government simply want control in everything. It's why they are fighting to control cryptocurrency so they can tax it.. Silly goats!!I don't pay attention. But if it's not a job then I'm just not following it and I don't think it's illegal.
