Do you play any pay to win games on mobile?

I notice in the reviews of alot of games on Google Play Store complaints regarding games being pay to win.

Do you play any games dominated by paid players?

I play Pokemon TCGP. It's not really pay to win if you get enough cards, but it is play to win when you get a better hand than the opponent.

Most of the special promo cards and cosmetics you pay for though.

I do play games like Gameloft Asphalt 8 which feels like a pay to win game where you need to spend money to beat different levels or online players in multiplayer. But, I dont spend money.
