Yes, I sometimes play games on my mobile web browser when I visit a website with a game coded in HTML5, and JavaScript which most mobile browsers for Google Android can handle.

I also use Puffin Browser for playing flash games with the touchscreen gamepad which is built-into Puffin.

It is too bad that Google Android does not support the Java plug-in otherwise, I probably be playing Java games like Runescape on it.
