Do you read the ToS?

Once you’ve read one, you’ve pretty much read them all. I feel like people shouldn’t take things they see on Twitter at face value… read up on the TOS if you see something that seems sketchy. If that doesn’t clear things up for you, do some research and see how other companies/countries are handling things. It’s not difficult.

If you want to play or use a game, or application, then duh they have to have a ToS for the legal stuff.

I remember there was a program that would scan the ToS and pull out anything special, I'll have to look for it.

I generally don't read the Terms of Service for a game.

Honestly, I haven't seen anyone who actually reads the Terms of Service (ToS) agreements. They're usually too long and full of legal jargons as well.
