Do you still put counters on your Forum, website or blog to display number of visitors?

No, I don't use counters anymore since they sometimes don't look very nice on my website.

Nah! Pages of my site is for content, not for people to see how many visitors are online.

For forums, there is a built-in "who is online" tracker. That's the only time I use these types of 'counters' ,

Indeed, plus people can always use Alexa, and other traffic websites to learn more about a website's traffic.

Only on the portal, not the forum as it can lead to false stats, everytime you refresh a page, or go back to the index for whatever reason, it counts as a hit. So I keep mine on my portal where users will likely visit it once before heading to the forum itself.
