Completely depends on when the person died. if it was anytime during the 21st and end of 20th century, then of course! But if the person died before then, before their were computers, odds are they wouldn't have any clue how to use it! just imagine if their living self saw a computer, would they be able to? that should be the answer.

I wonder if ghost can learn new skills since since their spirit can secretly watch people use the computer, or read books on computers.

Agreed with this. And I dont think they would be able to learn as a ghost. Its difficult enough teaching old people to use a computer.

Sorry but which part of it is wrong? All I could see was some idiot holding a camera right up to their screen.
Ok so I looked at the youtube page and it was the music that apparently started playing by itself! LMAO hardly haunted. Did anyone else notice that her mouse cursor was in fact a small (piano) keyboard.... duh clearly a prank. Not a very good one either.
