Yes, I notice some electronics and computer blogs seem to be writing a lot of post advertising deals, and sponsored post instead of informing it's readers on how good a product is to use on a daily basis, or how to use it.
Indeed, I also notice blogs are more likely to use bigger square ads,, link bubble ads embedded in the articles instead of smaller header and footer rectangle ads on most forums and regular websites. The square ads can earn more cash, but may annoy some readers since they make their blog looks more cluttered.
Indeed,blogs posts lots of good deals and sales at stores which will otherwise be unknown if you are not a blog reader. I especially like it when blogs post discount codes for products I plan on buying. I saved a few bucks on software, domain registrations, and other products by just using their discount codes which I found on a blog.
I earn a few dollars a day from ads on blogs. I don't earn a lot, but I don't have to do much work since I just write a few posts, and people read it. I make a few bucks from ads.
