Do you think playing Browser games can be addicting?

Yes, they can. I find I'm spending hours playing text based games like Billy vs Snakeman, and Flash Games on Facebook, and other websites.

A few years a go, I played a lot of online checkers, canon based games,runescape, and flash bowling with random people on pogo.com, yahoo, and other game sites.

The great thing about browser games is you can play them on your browser on almost any computer and some high-end cell phones, tablet PCs like the ipad with an internet connection and with the Java or Flash, shockwave, or other plug-in for a browser. Although, many schools, and work places block gaming sites, but it is usually pretty easy to gain access to browser gaming sites via proxies.

Yes, they are addicting. I was addicted to the stupid MindJolt app on facebook for a while. Before that I played MafiaWars and FarmVille for a while. I'm clean now, though.

I found this cool Naruto based Flash game called Ninja Saga on Facebook, and it is pretty good.

I think I'll be playing this on a daily basis now.

Farmville and all those social based games can be pretty addicting since you are competing with your friends to see who has the coolest farm. Plus, you can go visit their farms to fertilize their crops, and scare a way crows.

Haha! Speaking of PopCap and GameHouse games, I was addicted to a couple of them a while ago, especially super collapse.
