Yes, I think once Smartphone and Tablet Cellular data plans are cheaper for unlimited per month, more people will use their Phone's or Tablet's data plan, or even just connecting to their computer to use as a modem to get online via a laptop or desktop while their phone charges by USB instead of using wired, DSL, and Cable alternatives.

Plus, 4G LTE cellular wireless internet for internet is as fast or faster then a lot of mid-price cable and DSL internet connections.

No. Not with the major carrier's 86ing the unlimited plans. People will probably stick to wifi unless carriers begin to charge them for that too.

Facebook is also providing internet access to their website to poor countries via cell phones which is sometimes the only form of internet and computer poor people have in countries like the Philippines, China and Libya.

Amazon has a 50 dollar a year data plan for the Amazon Kindle Fire HD 4G LTE.

Maybe rural towns in the US and developing countries like China may be more likely to use cell phone towers to connect to the internet instead of using telephone, TV, and Fiber cable which can be more expensive to set up because of the cost of labor, wire, telephone poles, and building permits. Plus, the on going cost of repair when a storm, or fallen tree snap wires, and replacing ageing wires.
