Yes, when people own Netbooks and Tablet PC with fast start up time which boot in a few seconds, they probably demand that future computer makers find a way to start their computer in seconds rather then minutes.

Yeah I agree, I think that it might cause some to have unrealistic expectations of desktop computers themselves..

Indeed, I think many people just think tablets are just shrunk down versions of Desktop PC, so when new computer come out after tablet comes out. People might complain that their tablet is less powerful, but starts up way faster then their brand new desktop which cost twice as much as their tablets.
