Yes, since using those arrows on the right side of the browser is kind of a hassle compared to just using a wheel on a mouse. Plus, a lot of games these days use the scroll wheel for controls

For me, it makes scrolling up and down a page easier without having to strain yourself. Sometimes using the scroll bar at the right and bottom of long pages can be really hard and difficult.
I used to use the arrow keys on my keyboard when I owned a mouse without a scroll wheel.

oh god yes I must have this to keep my finger in shape lol. but really this is a must have to make browsing the net easy as you won't find a page without a scroll bar.
I like how some newer mouses also have horizontal Scroll wheels. I think in the future when more mouses have horizontal scrolling Capabilities. More websites and programs will be displayed horizontally.
