I feel many people will still use regular tires which need air unless tires which don't need air are more affordable to buy, help save more gas, and are a lot more durable.

I have never heard of such tires before.
They look good and I believe if they are very reliable, people would switch to them.
 
I'd get behind a airless tire.
 
This is interesting, do they still have rubber and the rest? And I wonder how strong they are really are.
 
You can't speed on that one, I guess but it'll take some time for it to be popular.
