I think Touch screen Monitors will be good for graphic designers, but the mouse will be better for general stuff like surfing the web, gaming and office work.
Do you think touchscreens ever be more popular then the mouse?

I think a stylus (those plastic pens) be great with touch screens.
for old school people like us who were raised on mouses the touch screen won't be poplar for us but people just getting into it will love it.
I still think they have to invent touchscreens that clean themselves or are easy to clean since those finger print, food marks look very disgusting.

In the coming years I think the touch screen will be used more than the mouse itself, because some folks having to strain their arms and hand from using the mouse too much these days.
