Do you think using American English for the web is better then Europeon English spelling?

I think it depends on your audience and see how many visitors you get from America vs Europeon countries like Ireland, UK, Scottland, etc.

If you are writing about American football or baseball I think American English Spelling would be better.

Yes, there is a slight difference.. but honestly, it really doesn't matter.. both spellings of the same word are accepted..

I really don't want to say anything,but American english is like a simplified version of British english.

Yes it is some what different, American spell color, and European spell color as colour. American spelling is sort of like shorter version of the same word in some cases.

But, It is pretty much the same.

I think if you are writing on a very american topic like "Nascar, US politics, WWE, Monster Trucks, and BBQ tail gateing parties" most of the American readers will prefer having american spelling.

American English is a bastardized language, so it isn't surprising in the least that both the European spelling and our own condensed version are both accepted. On rare occasion, I have used the European spellings of words when writing something.
