Yes, since the browser alwasys inform me to update it when a new version is out.

I do on my MacBook because it always seems to be for the better. I don't with IE because I've had IE updates crash my computer before.

Only if the browsers prompt me to do so, if I forget. Other than that, on occasions I tend to keep them up to date to the latest version just to make sure they work securely and effectively.
