Do you uninstall mobile games that are too hard to beat?

I've had this type of bejeweled game on my smartphone for months, and it has so many levels, but I reached one level that I simply cannot beat. I think I tried it over 100 times. I still keep the game on my phone because I like re-trying it once in a while. I haven't been able to beat that level yet.

What do you do with mobile games that are too hard to beat? Do you uninstall them or keep them in hopes that you will beat them someday?
 
I usually just keep them installed if the game is fun to play, and hope that I improve enough someday where I can beat the level, or the maker of the game releases an update to the game where the game is easier to beat.
 
I don't keep what I can't play.
 
Not really. I have been trying to beat one level in crazy kitchen with three stars and so far, no such luck. I don't think I would ever install a tough game though. It will be like a challenge :p
